AQUATIC CLASSES:

Aqua Therapy  – Enjoy the healing benefits of the water with Aqua Therapy.  Excellent for those suffering from MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia or stress.  Chairlift available to those needing assistance entering the pool.

Water Works  –  A great way to condition the heart, muscles & joints with less impact than exercising on land.  Uses the natural resistance of water to sculpt muscles, improve balance & burn calories. 

 LAND BASED CLASSES:

CKBAT  – A total body, martial arts inspired workout using bags & mits to increase heart rate &reduce stress.  Focus is on precision & power throughout the hits.  A great full body workout. 

Xtrain’s Cardio  – Get ripped & strike hard! High energy boxing infused cardio workout.

X10   – Short, high intensity cardio segments combined into 1 class.  Segments include: step; low & high impact; cardio blast; & fat tackling circuits.

Venus Index   –  The VI weight training workouts create a body that will look truly amazing by shaping your body with dumbbell and body weight exercises. Transform yourself & completely change your life!  Nutritional suggestions & body measurements provided weekly by the instructor.

Anything Goes  – Every class promises to have something different.  With high & low impactintervals, as well as strength & cardio training.  You will not be disappointed. 

HIIT   – A form of interval training, alternating short periods of anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Muscle Attack  – This class uses dumbbells & body weight with cardio blast intervals to spike your calorie burn. 

Zumba  – Dance your way into shape! Enjoy upbeat Latin music & a fun, motivating instructor. 

Triple Threat  – Designed to give you the most out of your workout in the least amount of time. Three 20 minute intervals focusing on Cardio, Strength & Core. 

Renegade  – Train the rebel in you & push the boundaries with this fast-paced circuit training class. 

MOi Cycle  –  This exclusive class gives you measurable results as you train in different HR zones that are directed throughout the ride. 

360 Burnout  –  Total body workout that combines cardio, strength training and core exercises. Be prepared for anything! Great for beginners through advanced levels. This cardiovascular challenge can combine kickboxing, weighted intervals, multi-impacted moves and more! Leave it to the instructor to surprise, energize and challenge your cardiovascular endurance.

POUND  –  Energized, sweat dripping, full body interval workout using weighted drumsticks. This workout fuses movement
